Classic pediment types cover the various classical forms of the triangular or curved pediment element placed above doors and windows. It is used as a crowning decoration on building facades and above interior doors and windows; triangular, segmental and broken pediment types are available. The polyurethane material is lightweight and is fixed directly with construction adhesive; it resists moisture and impact, will not crack, swell or warp, and can be painted. Being lighter than its stone equivalent, it is easy to install above doors and windows. Because it is moulded, the profile and decorative details repeat identically on every piece.
