corner ornament element

A corner ornament element is a decorated polyurethane decorative piece placed at the point where profile and strip lines meet at a corner. It is used at panel corners, ceiling cornice corners and wall strip joints to emphasise the corner and cover the joint line with decoration. It is placed in the corner and fixed with construction adhesive. The polyurethane material is lightweight and applied directly; it resists moisture and impact, does not crack, swell or warp, and can be painted. Compared with timber and plaster equivalents it is unaffected by moisture and resistant to breakage. Because it is mould-cast, the decorative pattern repeats identically on every piece.
