corner accent

A corner accent is a small polyurethane decorative piece added to profile and panel corners. It is used at strip, cornice and panel corners to decorate the joint point and make the corner stand out. It is placed in the corner and fixed with construction adhesive. The polyurethane material is lightweight and applied directly; it resists moisture and impact, does not crack, swell or warp, and can be painted. Compared with timber and plaster equivalents it is unaffected by moisture and resistant to breakage. Because it is mould-cast, the pattern details repeat identically on every piece.
