log-look support

A log-look support is a load-bearing-style polyurethane decorative element that imitates a natural tree log with its bark and texture details. In rustic and nature-themed interiors it is used as a beam, ceiling, or under-shelf support for both visual and decorative purposes. Polyurethane is lightweight and applied with mounting adhesive; it resists moisture and impact, does not crack, swell, or warp, and can be painted. Compared to real wood it is unaffected by moisture, does not attract insects, and does not bend; being much lighter, it is easy to mount at high points.
