Detached house facade cladding is the covering of the exterior surface of detached homes with polyurethane cladding panels and profiles. Stone-, brick-, or timber-patterned panels are applied to the flat facade; casings around windows, pilasters at corners, and bands between floors complete the facade. Polyurethane elements are lightweight, fixed with adhesive and plugs, and cut to size; they resist moisture, sun, and impact, do not crack, swell, or warp, and can be painted with exterior paint. Being lighter than natural cladding materials, they add no load to the structure and shorten installation time. Because they are mould-produced, the pattern and profiles are identical on every piece.
