Detached house facade models refer to the different arrangement styles of polyurethane casing, band, pilaster, and cornice profiles on detached home facades. In classic, modern, or stone-look facade models, window casings, floor bands, corner pilasters, and eaves cornices are applied in different combinations. Polyurethane profiles are lightweight, fixed with adhesive and plugs, and cut to size; they resist moisture, sun, and impact, do not crack, swell, or warp, and can be painted with exterior paint. Being lighter than stone and concrete equivalents, they add no load to the facade and let different models be applied quickly.
