water-resistant ceiling decor

Water-resistant ceiling decor is the general term for decorative polyurethane products used to dress the ceiling in damp areas. It covers items such as ceiling roses, coffers, borders and profiles, applied to ceilings in bathrooms, kitchens and damp living rooms. Polyurethane does not absorb water and withstands moisture and impact; unlike plaster it will not crack, blister or sag from moisture, and unlike wood it will not rot. Being light, it is fixed straight to the ceiling with mounting adhesive and installs in a short time. The surface takes paint, so it adapts to the ceiling colour.
