Carved wall decorations is the general term for polyurethane ornamentation made with carved-look relief motifs on wall surfaces. With elements such as wall panels, borders, corner motifs and appliqués, they are used to give walls decorative patterns and relief. Polyurethane is lightweight and is fixed directly with mounting adhesive; it resists moisture and impact, does not crack or swell, and can be painted. Compared with carved wood, it is lighter, unaffected by moisture and faster to install. Because it is mould-produced, the carved motifs repeat with the same depth and detail on every piece.
