A carved panel is a polyurethane decorative panel with carved-look relief patterns on its surface. It is used on wall and ceiling surfaces to create decorative cladding, a partition appearance or a surface accent. Polyurethane is lightweight and is fixed directly with mounting adhesive; it resists moisture and impact, does not crack or swell, and can be painted. Compared with a carved wood panel, it is lighter, unaffected by moisture and faster to install. Because it is mould-produced, the carved patterns repeat with the same depth and detail on every panel, ensuring pattern continuity across large surfaces.
