window surrounds and crowns

Window surrounds and crowns are polyurethane facade elements consisting of surround profiles that wrap the sides of a window opening and crown pieces that top it. They are used together on the facade to enclose the window in a complete frame for a classical or plain look. The polyurethane material is lightweight and is fixed directly with mounting adhesive; it resists moisture and impact, does not crack, blister or peel, and can be painted. Being far lighter than stone or plaster equivalents, they install quickly on the facade and are not damaged by rain or moisture. Because they are mould-cast, the profile repeats identically on every piece. Polure produces window surrounds and crowns as matching size sets.
