A polyurethane frame moulding is a slim polyurethane profile strip used to form a frame around a door, window, mirror or wall panel. With its plain or lightly patterned section it frames surfaces and is joined together with 45-degree cuts. Polyurethane is lightweight and applies directly to the surface with construction adhesive; it resists moisture and impact, does not crack, swell or warp, and can be painted. Being more moisture-resistant than a wooden strip, it can also be used in wet areas. Because it is mould-cast, the strip section stays consistent along its length.
