Polyurethane Decoration Elements

Polyurethane decoration elements is the common name for mould-cast polyurethane pieces used in wall, ceiling and facade embellishment. It covers products such as cornices, door surrounds, columns, borders, ceiling roses, medallions, pediments and brackets. These elements are applied directly to the surface with mounting adhesive; the polyurethane material is lightweight, resists moisture and impact, will not crack, swell or split, and takes paint well. Compared with its plaster equivalent it travels without breaking and installs faster, and unlike wood it is unaffected by moisture. Because it is mould-cast, dimensional and detail consistency is achieved across the pieces of the same model. Polure produces polyurethane decoration elements in a variety of models and sizes; several elements can be used together in one space to form a coherent whole.
