A polyurethane arch ornament is a single polyurethane decorative element applied to the surface or keystone point of a curved arch profile. It is used to accent the centre or corner of door, window and niche arches. The polyurethane material is light and is fixed directly onto the arch with mounting adhesive; it resists moisture and impact, does not crack or blister and can be painted. Being lighter than a plaster ornament, finely detailed decorative pieces are easily positioned; unlike wood, it is not affected by moisture.
