polyurethane carved appliqué

A polyurethane carved appliqué is a decorative piece with a carved pattern that is added to a surface to create a relief look. It is used on walls, furniture, doors and panel surfaces to add classic carved ornamentation by gluing it on. Polyurethane is lightweight and applied directly with construction adhesive; it is resistant to moisture and impact, is insect-proof, does not crack or swell, and can be painted. Being lightweight and moisture-resistant compared with wood carved appliqués, it allows easy installation even on large surfaces. Since it is mould-cast, the carving details repeat identically on every piece. Polure produces carved appliqués in a range of sizes and patterns.
