Polyurethane precast panels are polyurethane cladding elements applied to facade and wall surfaces to give a concrete or stone-textured appearance. They are produced in flat, stone-patterned and geometrically textured options; placed side by side, they form a continuous precast shell on the surface. The panels are fixed directly to the surface with construction adhesive and screws. The polyurethane material resists moisture and outdoor weather conditions, does not crack or swell, and can be painted with exterior facade paint. Being far lighter than concrete panels reduces handling, crane and installation costs and places no extra load on the structure.
