polyurethane precast trims

Polyurethane precast trims is the general term for decorative polyurethane parts cast in moulds in advance for facades and interiors. It covers different elements such as surrounds, cornices, columns, sills, arches and facade mouldings, applied to give building facades a classic appearance. The polyurethane material is lightweight, so it adds no extra structural load to the facade and is mounted directly with adhesive. It resists moisture and impact; it does not crack or blister and can be painted with exterior facade paint. Compared with concrete precast, it both installs faster and requires less labour. Polure produces precast trim parts in various sizes and profile options using moulds; the same profile repeating on every part is a result of mould production.
