Polyurethane door surround accessories are auxiliary polyurethane elements such as keystones, heads, bases and corner pieces that complete the surround application. Used at the joints and end points of door and window surrounds, they give the frame a unified finish. Polyurethane is light and is applied directly onto the surround with mounting adhesive; it resists moisture and impact, will not crack or swell and can be painted. Because it withstands moisture on the exterior, it offers the same durability as the surround. Because the accessory profiles are mould-cast, they are produced in sections compatible with the surround. They emphasise the corner and top points of the surround.
