The Polure skirting board is a polyurethane decorative profile applied along the joint between the wall and the floor, protecting the base and giving a clean transition. It prevents marks left at the foot of the wall during impacts and cleaning and is also used to conceal cables. The polyurethane material is lightweight, applied directly to the wall with mounting adhesive, and unlike wooden skirting it does not absorb moisture or swell. It resists moisture and impact, does not crack or blister and can be painted; it can also be used in wet areas. It is easy to cut, and corner joints are made cleanly with a 45-degree mitre. Since it is mould-produced, the profile section is identical on every piece, so joints are not visible on long walls. Polure produces the skirting board in different height and profile options.
