Precast Decorative Profiles

Precast decorative profiles are long embellishment parts cast in moulds beforehand and used to create horizontal or vertical lines on facades and interiors. They cover profile types such as cornices, sills, string courses, borders and trims. Classic precast profiles are cement-based; polyurethane precast profiles deliver the same cross-section in a lightweight material. The parts are cast in factory moulds, mitred at the corners and applied on site with mounting adhesive. Polyurethane is lightweight, resists moisture and impact, does not crack or swell, and can be painted. Mould production keeps the profile cross-section identical along its full length. Polure produces precast decorative profiles in a range of cross-sections and sizes.
