Precast exterior facade covering is a cladding layer that covers a building's exterior, formed from decorative elements cast in moulds beforehand. It is achieved by combining parts such as window surrounds, cornices, panels and sills. While traditional precast covering is cement-based, polyurethane covering offers the same classic look in a lightweight material. The parts are factory-produced and applied to the facade on site with mounting adhesive and mechanical fixing. Polyurethane is lightweight, resists moisture and impact, does not crack or swell, and can be painted with exterior paint.
