Relief coving models are polyurethane coving profiles with a raised pattern on their surface, mounted at the joint of wall and ceiling. They are used in living rooms, bedrooms and entrance halls to give the ceiling edge a decorative transition and ornamentation. The polyurethane material is lightweight and applied directly with mounting adhesive; it resists moisture and impact, does not crack or swell, and can be painted. Unlike plaster coving it is unaffected by moisture, installs faster and more cleanly, and does not swell in case of plumbing leaks.
