rustic log support

A rustic log support is a wood-textured polyurethane decorative support element that resembles a timber log bracket. It is used in rustic spaces at beam ends and beneath shelves and corbels to give the look of a load-bearing support. The polyurethane material is lightweight and applied directly with mounting adhesive; it resists moisture and impact, does not crack, swell or warp, and can be painted. Compared with a real timber log it is unaffected by moisture and not attacked by insects, and compared with plaster it is lighter and more break-resistant.
