eaves soffit cornice

Eaves soffit cornice is the name given to the profiled, wide polyurethane cornice applied where the eaves meet the façade wall. By framing the underside of the eaves, it gives the façade an orderly transition line and a shadow effect. The polyurethane cornice is far lighter than plaster and wood and installs easily and quickly at height; it resists UV, moisture and frost and will not crack, swell or rot. It is fixed directly to the façade with assembly adhesive and dowels and can be painted with exterior paint. Polure produces eaves soffit cornices in various widths and profiles.
