An eaves soffit cornice profile is a profiled polyurethane exterior cornice applied along the horizontal line where the eaves meet the façade wall. By framing the underside of the eaves, it gives the façade an orderly transition, shadow and movement. The polyurethane cornice is far lighter than plaster and wood and installs easily and quickly at height; it resists UV, moisture and frost and will not crack, swell or rot.
