Soffit ornaments is the general term for the polyurethane decorative elements used on the underside of the roof eaves. This group covers facade embellishment pieces such as mouldings, cornices and motifs applied along the eaves. Polyurethane is lightweight, so it can be fitted under high eaves by a single person with construction adhesive. It resists moisture and impact, does not crack or swell outdoors, and can be painted. Compared with plaster and timber alternatives, it lasts longer on the facade and installs quickly. Because it is mould-cast, each piece repeats the same section and pattern, giving a neat, continuous appearance along the eaves.
