right-facing decorative motif

A right-facing decorative motif is a polyurethane embellishment element that indicates a rightward direction and is placed on the right side of a composition. It is used on doors, windows and wall panels, mostly to form a symmetrical layout with its left counterpart. Polyurethane is lightweight, so it is fixed directly with construction adhesive. It resists moisture and impact, does not crack or swell, and can be painted. Compared with a plaster or timber equivalent, it is unaffected by damp and installs quickly. Because it is mould-cast, the motif details repeat identically on every piece and match the left counterpart exactly.
