right-facing motif

A right-facing motif is a polyurethane decorative element that indicates a rightward direction. It is used on the right side of surface compositions, generally to form a symmetrical layout with its left counterpart. Polyurethane is lightweight, so it is fixed directly to the surface with construction adhesive. It resists moisture and impact, does not crack or swell, and can be painted. Compared with a plaster or timber equivalent, it is unaffected by damp and installs quickly. Because it is mould-cast, the motif details repeat identically on every piece and provide exact symmetry with the left counterpart. Polure produces the right-facing motif in a range of sizes, together with its left counterpart.
