spiral wall column

A spiral wall column is a polyurethane decorative column with a spiral (twisted) body that is applied half-recessed into the wall. It is used to create a vertical accent on the wall surface and to emphasise corners and transitions. Polyurethane is lightweight; it is applied directly to the wall with assembly adhesive, and it is easier to carry and cut than stone or wood. It resists moisture and impact, does not crack, does not swell and can be painted. Because the spiral lines are mould-produced, each piece repeats the same turn angle.
