spiral column body

A spiral column body is the polyurethane part that forms the spiral-lined middle section of a spiral column. It is combined with base and capital parts to make a complete column and is used as a wall-mounted or free-standing vertical element. The polyurethane body is lightweight; it is applied with assembly adhesive and is easier to carry and cut than stone and wood. It resists moisture and impact, does not crack, does not swell and can be painted. Because the spiral lines are mould-produced, each body repeats the same turn angle.
