A column capital corbel is the polyurethane console-shaped corbel placed under or beside a column capital for support and decoration. It is used to give a decorative load-bearing appearance to the upper part of a column. The polyurethane corbel is lightweight and applied with installation adhesive; it resists moisture and impact, does not crack or swell, and can be painted.
