water-resistant moulding

Water-resistant moulding is a decorative wall moulding made from polyurethane and suited to humid environments. A moulding is a profile that creates a horizontal decorative transition or border on a wall; it is used in areas with high moisture such as bathrooms, kitchens, wet rooms and exterior facades. Thanks to its closed-cell, non-absorbent structure, polyurethane resists moisture; it does not crack, swell, expand or grow mould. It is lightweight, applied directly with mounting adhesive and can be painted. In wet environments it lasts much longer than plaster and wood. Polure produces water-resistant moulding by mold in different widths and patterns; thanks to mold production, the pattern repeats identically on every piece.
