water-resistant corner piece

A water-resistant corner piece is a decorative corner element made from polyurethane and suited to humid environments. A corner element is a complementary piece used where cornices, mouldings or trims meet at wall corners; in humid areas such as bathrooms, kitchens, wet rooms and exterior facades it neatly completes the corner transition of profiles. Thanks to its closed-cell, non-absorbent structure, polyurethane resists moisture; it does not crack, swell, expand or grow mould. It is lightweight, applied directly with mounting adhesive and can be painted. Using a corner piece removes the need to mitre profiles at an angle, making installation easier. Polure produces water-resistant corner pieces by mold in sizes that match the relevant profiles.
