Instalación de Iluminación Oculta LED Paso a Paso

Manual paso a paso sobre el trazado a nivel, fijación de cornisas opacas para luz difusa y montaje de tiras LED sobre perfiles de aluminio.

La instalación de molduras para iluminación LED indirecta crea un ambiente luminoso cálido y envolvente, proyectando la luz hacia el techo sin deslumbrar.

Paso 1: Planificación Eléctrica y Distancia al Techo

Step 1: Perimeter Marking and Height Calibration — Measure down from the ceiling line to establish a horizontal guide line around the room perimeter, maintaining a gap of 15-20 cm. Use a laser level to ensure perfectly straight alignment across all wall faces.
Step 2: Substrate Preparation — Clean the wall surface thoroughly to remove dust, oil, and loose plaster. Verify that the substrate is completely dry and structurally sound before applying adhesives.
Step 3: Mitre Cutting at 45 Degrees — Cut the polyurethane LED coving sections to size using a fine-tooth saw and a mitre box set precisely to 45-degree angles for interior and exterior corners.
Step 4: Adhesive Application — Apply continuous beads of specialized polyurethane (PU) mounting adhesive along the upper and lower contact tracks of the moulding. Do not use silicone.
Step 5: Mechanical Fastening — Press the coving firmly against the marked wall guide line. Drive screws through the profile into the wall substrate at regular intervals; mechanical screw fixing is mandatory.
Step 6: Seam Filling and Sanding — Fill all screw head recesses and profile joint seams with compatible filler paste. Once fully cured, sand the joints smooth using grano 180-220 sandpaper.
Step 7: Electrical and LED Strip Installation — Mount the aluminum LED channel inside the coving trough, lay the LED strip into place, and route low-voltage connections to the remote transformer.
Step 8: Final Paint Coating — Apply an optional coat of primer over filled joints if needed, followed by two topcoats of water-based interior paint or UV-resistant exterior paint as required by the application environment.

Paso 2: Corte a Inglete de las Cornisas

Corte las molduras con longitud estándar 2400-2440 mm a 45° en las esquinas de la habitación con serrucho de diente fino y caja de ingletes, calculando el desperdicio 10%.

Paso 3: Fijación con Adhesivo y Perfil de Aluminio

Aplique adhesivo estructural adhesivo de montaje a base de PU en la base inferior del perfil con densidad 150-220 kg/m³ (objetivo de producción ~160 kg/m³) y presiónelo sobre la pared. Pegue un perfil disipador de aluminio en el canal interior de la moldura. Tiempo de secado: aproximadamente una hora.

Paso 4: Sellado, Pintura y Colocación de la Tira LED

Selle las juntas con masilla acrílica, lije suavemente grano 180-220 y pinte el perfil con la pintura del techo sobre la imprimación imprimación acrílica blanca monocomponente. Finalmente, pegue la tira LED sobre el aluminio disipador en temperaturas -100 °C / +80 °C.
