Montaje de Fachadas Efecto Premoldeado Paso a Paso

La correcta instalación de los elementos de fachada efecto premoldeado de poliuretano permite lograr la estética monumental de la piedra tallada con un montaje rápido en seco.

Paso 1: Replanteo de Líneas de Forjado y Huecos con Láser

Step 1: Substrate Preparation and Marking — Inspect the wall surface to confirm it is dry, clean, structurally sound, and free from loose paint or dust. Mark baseline reference lines using a chalk line and spirit level to align all profiles correctly. Duration: 1-2 hours per 15 m². Common Error: Mounting profiles onto damp, uncleaned, or crumbling masonry walls.
Step 2: Measuring and Miter Cutting (45 Degrees) — Measure the wall sections carefully and cut profile edges at exact 45-degree angles for corner joints using a high-speed miter saw equipped with a fine-toothed blade. Duration: 15-30 minutes per element. Common Error: Cutting at incorrect angles, creating wide joint gaps that are difficult to seal.
Step 3: Polyurethane Adhesive Application — Apply a continuous bead of polyurethane mounting adhesive along the back contact surfaces and cross-sectional joint faces of the profile. Duration: 5-10 minutes per profile. Common Error: Using standard silicone or acrylic caulk instead of structural polyurethane adhesive.
Step 4: Mechanical Fixation with Screws and Anchors — Press the profile firmly against the marked layout line. Drill countersunk holes through the profile into the wall and secure mechanical screws into masonry anchors. Mechanical fastening is mandatory. Duration: 10-15 minutes per element. Common Error: Relying exclusively on adhesive without installing mechanical screws.
Step 5: Joint Filling and Putty Application — Fill all screw head indentations and profile seams with exterior-grade joint putty using a flexible putty knife to achieve a continuous surface. Duration: 30-45 minutes per section. Common Error: Underfilling joint gaps, leading to visible seam lines after painting.
Step 6: Sanding the Joint Surface — Once the joint putty has fully cured, sand the treated areas smooth using grano 180-220 sandpaper until the seams blend flush with the profile. Duration: 15-20 minutes per joint. Common Error: Using coarse sandpaper below 120 grit, which scratches the factory primer layer.
Step 7: Priming Touch-Ups and UV-Resistant Painting — While profiles arrive factory-primed, an optional coat of exterior primer can be applied to sanded areas. Apply at least two coats of high-grade UV-resistant exterior paint to protect the material from sunlight. Duration: 24 hours total curing time between coats. Common Error: Using interior paint or skipping UV-resistant exterior topcoats.

Paso 2: Corte a Inglete y Aplicación de Adhesivo Exterior

Corte las molduras de longitud estándar 2400-2440 mm a 45° aplicando el margen 10%. Aplique cordones de adhesivo de poliuretano adhesivo de montaje a base de PU en el dorso de la pieza con densidad 150-220 kg/m³ (objetivo de producción ~160 kg/m³).

Paso 3: Fijación Mecánica con Tacos Ocultos

Presione la pieza contra el paramento y fije tornillos avellanados en las solapas de montaje para asegurar la sujeción inmediata. Tiempo de curado: aproximadamente una hora.

Paso 4: Sellado de Juntas Elásticas y Pintura Efecto Piedra

Selle las juntas con masilla elástica para exteriores, lije grano 180-220 y pinte con revestimiento pétreo o acrílico con filtro UV sobre la imprimación imprimación acrílica blanca monocomponente en temperaturas -100 °C / +80 °C. Inmune al agua (inferior al 1%).
