- Measure Facade Overhang and Calculate Spacing — Measure the total linear length of the balcony or bay window underside. Mark the outer corner positions first, then divide the remaining center span into equal increments between 60 cm and 80 cm to determine exact corbel centerlines.
- Prepare Substrate and Miter Profiles — Clean the wall substrate to eliminate dust, oil, and loose material. If the corbel profiles meet at facade corners, perform exact 45-degree miter cuts on a fine-tooth saw dedicated to rigid polyurethane.
- Apply Polyurethane Assembly Adhesive — Extrude continuous beads of heavy-duty polyurethane (PU) assembly adhesive onto all back and top contact surfaces of the corbel. Do not use silicone, as it lacks structural shear performance.
- Mount Profile and Drive Mechanical Fasteners — Press the corbel firmly against the marked layout line on the wall substrate. Immediately drive stainless steel screws through pre-drilled countersunk holes into masonry wall anchors to secure the profile mechanically.
- Fill Screw Recesses and Substrate Joints — Apply exterior-grade polyurethane putty over all countersunk screw heads and perimeter joint seams where the corbel meets the wall and ceiling surfaces.
- Sand Joints and Evaluate Surface Primer — Allow the putty to cure, then sand all patched surfaces smooth using 180 to 220 grit sandpaper. Inspect the factory primer coat and apply an additional acrylic exterior primer if required by local coating standards.
- Apply Final UV-Resistant Exterior Paint — Coat the entire installed corbel assembly with two coats of premium UV-resistant exterior paint to protect the polyurethane material from solar radiation and weather exposure.

Répartissez les corbeaux avec un entraxe régulier de 60 à 90 cm en plaçant impérativement une console à chaque extrémité d'angle avec densité de 150-220 kg/m³ (cible de production ~160 kg/m³).
Étape 2 : Double Encollage et Fixation Mécanique Inox
Appliquez la colle de polyuréthane colle de montage à base de PU (séchage en environ une heure) sur les deux faces de contact et ancrez avec des chevilles et vis inox dans la maçonnerie.
Étape 3 : Masticage Souple, Ponçage et Peinture UV
Comblez les pourtours au mastic acrylique extérieur, poncez au grain fin grain 180-220 et peignez avec une laque UV sur l'apprêt primaire acrylique blanc monocomposant sous -100 °C / +80 °C. Imperméable (inférieure à 1 %). Devis valables 7 jours, livraison départ usine départ usine.
