Manuel professionnel de mise en peinture : préparation de surface, élimination des agents de démoulage et application des couches de finition.
L'application d'un système de peinture adapté sur les profilés en polyuréthane garantit un tendu parfait et une tenue exceptionnelle face aux UV et aux intempéries.
Étape 1 : Égrenage au Papier de Verre Fin (Grain 180–220)
- Substrate and Environmental Preparation — Verify that the wall or ceiling substrate is completely clean, structurally sound, and dry. Ensure room temperature is maintained within standard application limits before beginning installation.
- Precision Cutting and Adhesive Application — Execute 45-degree miter cuts on profile ends using a fine-toothed saw. Apply a continuous bead of dedicated polyurethane assembly adhesive along the joint edges and mounting surfaces. Standard silicone adhesives must not be used.
- Mechanical Fixing with Screws — Press the polyurethane element firmly into place against the substrate. Drive corrosion-resistant screws through the profile into the wall to provide mandatory mechanical anchoring while the polyurethane adhesive cures.
- Joint Filling and Surface Patching — Apply an appropriate architectural filler or joint putty over all screw heads, miters, and connection seams to create a smooth, continuous surface level with the profile face.
- Surface Sanding with grain 180-220 Paper — Allow the joint filler to cure completely. Lightly sand all patched areas and the factory-primed profile surface using grain 180-220 sandpaper to eliminate release agent residues and smooth out filler transitions. Wipe away all dust.
- Application of System Primer — Apply a uniform layer of system primer compatible with your chosen topcoat manufacturer over all filled joints and sanded surfaces to ensure homogeneous paint suction.
- Topcoat Painting — For indoor applications, apply 2 coats of quality interior paint. For outdoor applications, apply an elastic, UV-resistant exterior paint system designed for facade durability.
Étape 2 : Masticage des Joints et Dépoussiérage
Remplissez les jonctions d'onglets entre barres de longueur 2400-2440 mm avec du mastic acrylique souple, lissez à la spatule et dépoussiérez soigneusement au chiffon sec.
Étape 3 : Application d'une Sous-Couche Homogénéisante
L'apprêt d'usine primaire acrylique blanc monocomposant constitue une base technique ; appliquez une sous-couche préconisée par le fabricant de peinture sur les zones mastiquées pour uniformiser la porosité avec densité de 150-220 kg/m³ (cible de production ~160 kg/m³).
Étape 4 : Application des Deux Couches de Finition UV
En intérieur, appliquez deux couches de peinture acrylique ou polyuréthane satinée ; en extérieur sous -100 °C / +80 °C, appliquez impérativement une peinture élastique pour façades avec filtre UV. Collage avec colle de montage à base de PU (séchage en environ une heure). Imperméable (inférieure à 1 %). Devis valables 7 jours, livraison départ usine départ usine.
