Guide de Pose de Façade en Polyuréthane
Manuel professionnel de chantier : application de cordon continu de colle polyuréthane (silicone interdit), vissage croisé et joints de dilatation.
La pose des éléments de façade en polyuréthane s'effectue selon des règles strictes d'encollage et de fixation mécanique garantissant une tenue parfaite face aux intempéries.
Étape 1 : Préparation du Support et Traçage au Laser
- Substrate Cleaning and Dry Surface Preparation — Inspect the wall substrate for stability, removing loose particles, dust, oil, or existing moisture. Ensure the facade surface is dry and level within acceptable construction tolerances before layout marking.
- Precision Layout and 45-Degree Miter Cutting — Measure installation lines precisely. Cut the rigid polyurethane profiles at 45-degree miter angles for corners and corner joints using a fine-toothed mechanical saw to ensure tight fitting connections.
- Continuous PU Adhesive Application — Apply a continuous, uninterrupted line of polyurethane (PU) mounting adhesive along the back bonding tracks of the profile. Do not use silicone adhesive under any circumstances.
- Mechanical Anchor and Cross Screwing — Press the profile firmly against the wall and install mechanical stainless steel screws through the profile into the wall structure. Drive screws at opposing (cross) angles at all joint intersections to lock the miter seams.
- Putty Application and grain 180-220 Sanding — Fill all screw head indentations and joint seams with exterior polyurethane joint putty. After complete drying, sand the joint smooth using grain 180-220 sandpaper until the surface is seamless.
- System Priming and Double UV Topcoat Application — Apply an optional exterior system primer over sanded areas if desired. Finish the entire installation with at least two coats of elastic, UV-resistant exterior paint to protect against solar radiation and weathering.
Étape 2 : Découpe en Boîte à Onglets à 45 Degrés
Découpez les profilés de longueur standard 2400-2440 mm en prévoyant une marge de chute de 10% pour les angles rentrants et saillants.
Étape 3 : Application du Cordon de Colle Structurelle (Silicone Interdit)
Déposez un cordon continu et ondulé de colle de polyuréthane colle de montage à base de PU au dos de la moulure (le silicone sanitaire est strictement interdit) et pressez fermement. Prise : environ une heure.
Étape 4 : Vissage Mécanique Croisé, Ponçage et Peinture UV
Renforcez les jonctions avec des vis inox à têtes fraisées, mastiquez, poncez au grain fin grain 180-220 et appliquez une peinture pour façades anti-UV sur l'apprêt primaire acrylique blanc monocomposant sous -100 °C / +80 °C. Imperméable (inférieure à 1 %) avec densité 150-220 kg/m³ (cible de production ~160 kg/m³). Devis valables 7 jours, livraison départ usine départ usine.
