Les madriers en polyuréthane à section carrée ou rectangulaire massive apportent la robustesse visuelle des grosses charpentes rustiques sans la moindre contrainte de poids.

- Substrate Preparation and Axis Marking — Clean and dry the mounting ceiling or wall substrate to remove dust, oil, and loose material. Measure the layout and mark centerlines using a chalk line based on a planned axis spacing of 60 to 100 cm.
- Precision Profile Cutting — Measure the required log lengths and cut the polyurethane profiles using a fine-toothed hand saw or miter saw. Cut corner joints at a precise 45-degree miter angle for clean corner transitions.
- Polyurethane Adhesive Application — Apply continuous beads of polyurethane assembly adhesive along all profile contact edges that meet the ceiling or wall. Do not use silicone adhesives, as they lack sufficient initial tack and paintability.
- Mechanical Fixing with Counter-Screws — Press the polyurethane log firmly onto the marked axis line. Drive corrosion-resistant screws through pre-drilled, countersunk holes in the profile into structural wall plugs or ceiling joists to ensure mandatory mechanical anchoring.
- Installing End Caps and Decorative Corbels — Fit matching polyurethane end caps to open profile ends and mount decorative corbels at wall-ceiling intersections using polyurethane adhesive and mechanical screws driven into the substrate.
- Joint Filling and Surface Sanding — Fill countersunk screw heads and profile butt joints with compatible exterior-grade filler. Allow the filler to cure fully, then sand the joints smooth using grain 180-220 sandpaper.
- Paint Application and Wood-Effect Patina — Apply a base coat of acrylic paint, followed by a wiped wood-effect patina glaze. For exterior installations, apply two coats of a UV-resistant topcoat to protect against environmental degradation.
Étape 1 : Dimensionnement de la Section selon la Hauteur sous Plafond
Pour une hauteur sous plafond de 2,60 à 2,80 m, optez pour une section de 12x12 cm ; pour des volumes cathédrale supérieurs à 3,50 m, choisissez des madriers de 15x15 cm à 20x20 cm en barres de longueur 3000 mm.
Étape 2 : Fixation sur Tasseaux Bois et Colle Structurelle
Vissez des cales de bois tous les mètres au plafond, emboîtez le madrier creux préalablement encollé avec la colle colle de montage à base de PU (séchage en environ une heure) et vissez latéralement en points opposés.
Étape 3 : Embouts de Finition, Corbeaux et Patines Aspect Bois
Fermez les extrémités visibles avec des embouts moulurés, installez des corbeaux muraux et patinez avec une lasure foncée sur l'apprêt primaire acrylique blanc monocomposant sous -100 °C / +80 °C. Imperméable (inférieure à 1 %). Devis valables 7 jours, livraison départ usine départ usine.
