Common mistake: Applying silicone or insufficient adhesive, leading to eventual bond separation.
Step 4: Mechanical Fastening and Anchor Setting — Press the corbel firmly into position along the marked layout lines until adhesive squeezes out slightly. Drill countersunk pilot holes through the recessed decorative zones of the corbel into the substrate, insert wall dowels, and drive stainless steel screws to secure the unit. Polure technical guidelines require mechanical fasteners alongside PU adhesive for safety compliance. Estimated time: 10 minutes per piece. Common mistake: Over-tightening screws, which can crack the hard polyurethane surface layer.
Step 5: Joint Filling and Sanding — Fill countersunk screw heads and joint seams with an exterior-grade polyurethane-compatible filler or joint putty. Allow the putty to cure fully, then sand the filled areas smooth using grain 180-220 sandpaper until flush with the factory finish. Estimated time: 20 minutes (plus curing time). Common mistake: Sanding with coarse paper under 180-grit, which scratches the factory primer layer.
Step 6: Coating and UV Paint Application — Apply an optional spot coat of primer over filled zones if required. Coat all exposed faces of the corbel with a minimum of 2 coats of premium UV-resistant exterior paint, adhering to the paint manufacturer's dry-time instructions between coats. Étape 2 : Double Encollage et Vissage Inox

Appliquez la colle structurelle colle de montage à base de PU (séchage en environ une heure) sur les deux faces d'appui (mur et sous-face) et sécurisez avec deux vis inox.

Étape 3 : Masticage des Vis, Ponçage et Peinture UV

Rebouchez les têtes de vis au mastic acrylique, poncez au grain fin grain 180-220 et peignez avec une laque UV sur l'apprêt primaire acrylique blanc monocomposant sous -100 °C / +80 °C. Imperméable (inférieure à 1 %). Devis valables 7 jours, livraison départ usine départ usine.
