Polyurethaan wand hoek

Polure Polyurethaan wand hoek provides high architectural refinement for interior and exterior decorative trim installations. Manufactured from hoogwaardig hard polyurethaan (150-220 kg/m³), this product ensures wood-like mechanical strength with a lightweight design that does not burden structural walls. Featuring a closed-cell structure with water absorption under 1%, it will not rot, swell, or harbor mold in humid rooms or outdoor facades. It remains stable from -100 °C / +80 °C and carries a B2 fire safety classification. Installation is performed using continuous polyurethaan montagelijm along all contact surfaces along with countersunk screws for mechanical stability. Silicone adhesives are strictly forbidden. Screw holes and joint connections are filled with acrylic filler, sanded smooth with 180-220 grit paper, and painted. The factory white acrylic technical primer requires a light sanding before applying final topcoat paints.
