- Clean surface, cut P1473 at 45 degrees
- Apply polyuretán (PU) assembly adhesive along mounting flanges and joints
- Secure with stainless steel screws
- Fill holes with exterior acrylic filler, sand smooth (180-220 grit), apply optional primer, and coat with two layers of UV-resistant exterior paint
- Low maintenance
- Wash down periodically with low-pressure water
- Inspect paint finish every few years and re-coat with UV-resistant paint as needed
