A decorative light strip is a polyurethane profile with a channel cavity for housing an LED strip, used to create concealed lighting. Mounted at the wall-ceiling corner or on the wall surface, it lets the light reflect without being seen directly, producing indirect illumination. The polyurethane material is lightweight and is applied directly with construction adhesive; it resists moisture and impact, does not crack, swell or warp, and can be painted. It is lighter and faster to install than its plaster counterpart and is unaffected by the heat the LED produces. Because it is mould-cast, the channel cross-section is identical on every piece. Polure produces the decorative light strip in various profile widths.
