decorative balustrade

A decorative balustrade is a polyurethane ornamental element used in the handrail and post sections of a staircase or balcony railing. It is used to give the railing a classical, decorative look. The polyurethane body is light and is applied with construction adhesive; it resists moisture and impact, does not crack, blister or warp, and can be painted in any colour. Being lighter than its timber and stone equivalents, installation is easy and fast. As it is moulded, the profile and baluster details repeat identically on every piece.
