patterned ceiling moulding

A patterned ceiling moulding is a slim polyurethane profile with a relief motif on its surface, applied to the ceiling. It is used to divide the ceiling, create panels and run a decorative frame across the ceiling surface. The polyurethane material is lightweight and goes on directly with assembly adhesive; it resists moisture and impact, does not crack, peel or warp, and can be painted. Unlike wood moulding it is unaffected by moisture, and it is lighter and easier to cut than plaster. As the relief is mould-formed, the same motif repeats along the moulding and the pattern stays continuous at the joints.
