exterior facade trim batten

An exterior facade trim batten is a slim-section polyurethane profile used on a building facade to divide the surface into panels or to form frames. It organises the surface by creating vertical and horizontal lines on facade surfaces and adds a shadow line. The polyurethane material is lightweight and is fixed directly with facade adhesive; it resists moisture, frost and UV exposure, does not crack or swell and can be painted with exterior facade paint. Compared with its wood equivalent it is unaffected by moisture, does not rot and needs no maintenance; installation is fast. Polure produces exterior facade trim batten profiles in different widths and sizes using moulds, so the section stays the same along the facade.
