The P85015 is a high-density architectural profile engineered to deliver crisp, clean transitions on walls, ceilings, and corners. Serving as a multi-functional trim, this molding effortlessly frames wall panels, defines ceiling borders, or finishes exposed outer corners with a sharp, minimalist edge. Built for high-end residential and commercial interiors, it brings architectural definition without the weight or fragility of traditional plaster ornaments.

Measuring 40 mm in width, 2400 mm in length, and 40 mm in depth, this L-shaped trim offers a balanced, proportional accent for medium-to-large spaces. Crafted from high-density rigid polyurethane (150-220 kg/m³), the profile matches the density and structural integrity of hardwood while remaining remarkably lightweight. Its closed-cell composition prevents moisture absorption (less than 1%), making it highly stable and immune to rotting, warping, or swelling in humid environments like bathrooms, kitchens, or covered outdoor patios.

Looking closely at the profile's cross-section, the P85015 features a distinctive L-shape configuration paired with a subtle, tiered outer molding. This smart design allows it to cap raw panel edges, act as a corner protector, or function as a shadow-line molding. The smooth, factory-primed white surface provides an excellent base for final coatings. While the factory primer prepares the surface, applying an additional primer is optional and depends on your preferred paint manufacturer’s warranty specifications. Once ready, it can be coated with any high-quality water-based or synthetic paint.

Exceptionally versatile, this molding is ideal for creating custom wainscoting, framing modern wall panels, and detailing window or door surrounds. Its robust nature makes it perfect for high-traffic zones such as hotel lobbies, busy corridors, corporate offices, and contemporary living rooms. When finished with a high-quality UV-resistant paint, it can also be safely applied to exterior facades for decorative framing, lintel accents, or eaves detailing.

Installation is straightforward and efficient compared to heavy plaster or prone-to-cracking MDF. The lightweight profiles are easily cut at 45-degree angles using standard woodworking tools. Apply a polyurethane (PU) assembly adhesive to the back edges, press firmly onto a clean, dry surface, and secure mechanically with screws. After filling joints with a suitable acrylic filler, a light sanding with 180-220 grit sandpaper prepares the trim for its final paint layers.
