Exterior facade wall trim is a thin, long polyurethane decorative profile applied horizontally or vertically to a building's outer wall. It is used to divide the facade surface, create panels or emphasise floor and window lines. The polyurethane material is lightweight; it is applied directly to the facade with mounting adhesive and supported with mechanical fasteners when needed. It resists moisture, rain and UV; it does not crack, blister or rot and can be painted with exterior facade paint. Compared with wood trim it does not absorb moisture or rot, and compared with plaster it does not break; being lightweight, long pieces can be carried and installed by one person.
