Electric Fireplace Insert Niche

The electric fireplace insert area is the recess that defines the inner cavity of the fireplace surround, where the flame-effect unit is placed. The surround and inner surface of this cavity are finished with polyurethane profiles and panels to create a niche that fits the unit. It is used in living rooms and lounges to seat the electric fireplace with a clean line. The polyurethane material is lightweight and applied with mounting adhesive; it resists moisture and impact, does not crack or swell, and can be painted any colour.
