furniture decor

Furniture decor is the general name for polyurethane relief and profile parts used to ornament furniture surfaces. Appliqués, centrepieces, corner pieces and facade profiles belong to this group; they are used to create a classical or carved look on cabinet, display unit, wardrobe and door surfaces. Polyurethane is lighter than wood and is applied directly with wood glue or construction adhesive; it resists moisture and impact, does not crack, swell or warp, and can be painted. Because it is mould-cast, the motif details repeat identically on every piece. Polure produces furniture decor parts in different motif and size options.
