window surround moulding

Window surround moulding is a polyurethane architectural element that wraps the edges of a window opening and emphasises the frame. On the facade it borders the window opening and gives the building a classical or plain appearance. The polyurethane material is lightweight and is fixed directly to the wall with mounting adhesive; it resists moisture and impact, does not crack, blister or peel, and can be painted. Being far lighter than stone or plaster surrounds, it can be installed quickly on the facade even by one person and is not damaged by rain or moisture. Because it is mould-cast, the surround section is identical on every piece. Polure produces window surround moulding in a range of widths, sections and models.
